At TALENTON, we are passionate about good experiences. We believe that professional recruitment and onboarding ensure good experiences for both candidates, the new employee and you. It has an impact on your employer brand and retention of new employees.

New hires typically take around 12 months to perform at their highest level when starting a new job. This is interesting because, how are companies actually attentive to providing their newly hired employees with the best possible start in their roles? And do candidates understand their needs when embarking on a new job?

I’ve spent my entire career working in HR, with a particular passion for talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding. Over the years, we’ve placed a significant emphasis and invested many resources in recruiting the right candidates. However, I often find that a candidate’s initial period in the job doesn’t receive the same level of attention or allocation of resources. This can frustrate me because I believe that the early days in a new job are a crucial moment for both the employee’s and the company’s mutual success.

Today I assist companies because I’m truly passionate about two things:

1. Providing candidates and new employees with the best possible experience when they undergo a job change and enter a new role.

2. Assisting companies in harnessing and realizing the potential within both the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Our vision is to give new employees an inspiring and motivating start in their new job. We will do this by helping companies to develop their very own professional onboarding program.

We know that this is crucial for new employees to quickly feel integrated and successful with you.

It is rarely easy to start a new job in a new workplace, where you are met by a new culture, rules, colleagues, expectations and challenges. This often requires a lot of resources from both the new employee and the workplace. Therefore, it is also crucial to get off to a good start and create good experiences.

At TALENTON, we ourselves have tried being new employees in various companies. We have tried different pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, as well as been through periods when we doubted whether we had landed in the right place. A doubt that does not only arise in 3rd week and 2nd month, but can also arise in the 6th, 9th, and 12th month. And what happens if the onboarding process is completed in the 3rd or 6th but the new employee does not really feel on board yet? In the worst case, the person leaves his new workplace and the company has to start a new recruitment. It is both expensive and resource-intensive.

With our experience and specialization in HR, we help companies to better onboarding processes that create good experiences, ensure attachment and retention, and reduce time to performance.

We don't believe in gut feelings.

On the other hand, we work from a data-based approach, because we believe that specific employee data form the best prerequisites for making the most qualified decisions.
