How we process your information
Purpose
We process information about you in connection with your participation in one of our surveys. Typically, you will receive an invitation to a survey if your employer (customer) has ordered a task from us, where we are the data processor.
Basis and principles for processing your
information
Participation in our studies is always voluntary, and takes place on the basis of consent. We therefore always tell you the purpose of the survey, and do not collect and process information about you if you do not wish to participate. It is important to us that you have a positive experience.
You always have the option of freely withdrawing your consent if you regret your participation in the study. This can be done by contacting TALENTON.
When we carry out investigations for the customer, we enter into a collaboration and a data processing agreement with the customer which ensures that your information is processed properly. In connection with investigations, we may obtain personal information from the customer, and in these cases it is the customer’s obligation to ensure that there is a legal basis for passing on information to us. We work based on instructions from the customer, and it is therefore the customer who determines the length of storage and who has access to your information with the necessary assistance from us.
We use your information for that
We only process the information about you that is necessary in relation to achieving the purpose of the survey. If you thus participate in one of our surveys, we aim to minimize the data that we collect by only asking the questions and processing the information that is relevant and specifically related to the task. We only carry out investigations and tasks within our business area, which you can read more about here.
We process this information about you
We process ordinary personal data, e.g. name, e-mail address, gender, age, level of education completed, place of employment, time of joining, job title and position. We recommend that you do not provide us with your personal data that is not relevant to the task. Typically, we will gain access to the necessary personal data via the customer, and we will only process your data in relation to the task set by the customer.
In addition, we process the information that you provide yourself in connection with participation in our surveys. They may, for example, include your experience of your employer. We collect the information via a questionnaire that you will be sent and answer. By answering the questionnaire, you accept our conditions for processing and storing your information.
If you have participated in a survey commissioned by the customer and contact us to find out more about the survey and your information, your inquiry will be forwarded to the customer.
Storage of your information
We store your information as long as it is relevant to complete the task ordered by the customer. When the task has been completed, your information will be anonymised after 6 months at the latest. Typically, the customer will receive a report with the final result of the investigation. Here we ensure pseudonymisation so that the information cannot be attributed to a particular registered person without the use of additional information. In cases where you withdraw your consent, we point out that your information cannot be removed or withdrawn from existing reports.
Disclosure
We collect the information you provide in your response to the survey via the SurveyMonkey (Momentive Europe UC) system, for which TALENTON has purchased a license. Your personal data, which we gain access to via the customer, is also stored in SurveyMonkey to link your data to your response to the survey. This is necessary to achieve the best result in the task. TALENTON has access to a license with a unique login, which is only associated with selected employees in the company. We therefore do not share the license with others.
