Your unique onboarding program
We believe that the best decisions are made based on data. Therefore, we help to collect data from which we can develop your unique and professional onboarding program. We work based on our own onboarding model.
Collect and analyze data
We believe that data is essential to making the best decisions. With data, decisions are made based on facts, and in this situation based on the experiences of your employees. It is therefore unique and precise data that forms the basis for your new onboarding program and thus how you will receive and retain future employees and managers.
We work based on our onboarding model, which measures new employees’ experiences in seven important areas. We have developed a questionnaire that measures exactly these seven areas. You of course have the option to adapt the questions so that they match your organization.
Your unique onboarding program
Based on the collected data, you develop your unique pre- and onboarding program. So you get a program based on what your own new employees experience in their pre-onboarding and onboarding. That knowledge is crucial for you to succeed with your onboarding and for you to associate with and retain your new colleagues.
Good onboarding processes help you e.g. with better retention, increased productivity, and higher engagement among your new hires.
Likewise, preboarding is important because it helps you to be ready and the employee gets a sense of self-assurance, loyalty, and joy even before he or she has started.
Training
We equipped you so that you can run the onboarding process yourself going forward. Some activities in the onboarding may be standardized, while others may be local activities that must be planned individually. That is why it is also important to dress your managers well so that they know how to use the organization’s new onboarding program. It is important to ensure a professional and efficient onboarding.
It is important to remember that some managers may recruit infrequently and are not onboarding specialists. Support from HR is therefore important. We train you all so that you can run the process yourself.
A wrong recruitment costs between
75 – 150% of the employee’s annual salary
22% of all new hires have left their job within the first 12 months
Good onboarding can increase the retention of new employees by up to 82%
